Fula Life

Fula Life was developed and founded by Salimatu Dumbuya in 2019. 

It is the goal of Fula Life is to provide an outlet to increase your level of fitness and quality of life. We provides comprehensive personal training, exercise programs, and specifically designed services. Clients will experience the highest level of professionalism and training using the most advanced training techniques. Clients can expect the guidance, motivation, and knowledge they need to reach their goals and live a more fit and healthy lifestyle.

Our trainers are certified in PTA global personal training certification, Holistic wellness coaching certification from IIN (Institute for integrated nutrition), ACE certification, NASM, and are constantly continuing their fitness education. They have trained numerous clients from ages 10 to 87 at beginner to advanced levels of fitness. We guarantee our trainers will treat you with respect and be prompt, courteous, and professional at all times.

PERSONAL TRAINING

In our Focused Personal Training sessions, we help you work towards your personal needs and goals. These sessions are great for those who have more specialized goals and looking for that one-on-one experience. Our trainers will pin-point a specific regimen for your body type and desired outcome and make your individual needs the focal point of the entire session.

 

Remote training

Our online training is a one on one, customized program. After a phone consultation discussing your goals, we will send you a series of work out schedules based off your personal needs. Along with your training program, we will send you a guideline of proper nutrition for specific for these goals. You can expect bi-weekly check-ins where we will go over how you are feeling with your training program, any questions or revelations you may have, or hurdles you have come across.

Nutrition

The main component to keeping your body performing at it’s peak is good nutritional habits. As the old saying goes, “You are what you eat,” we work with groups and individuals on balancing their lifestyle with proper nourishment. We won’t just show you how to eat better, but teach you how to make meals that are taste-filled, but also serve a purpose: purposeful eating.

As in our group training and personal training, we can provide you with knowledge and guidance from one of our licensed Nutritionists/Dietitians, whether its for your own personal diet or that of your employees. In the case of providing nutritional guidance to groups, the Fulani Fitness team are pros at preparing group lectures on the dos and don’ts of suggested eating habits, meal alternatives, and supplements.
